How Can I Submit A Claim?
Did any damages occur on, or as a result of, a project that you booked? We want to help!
To get started, please send us a message to review and get back to you within five business days.
In your claim, please include as much detail as possible, including the HandyFriend's name, photos of any damages, and what went wrong during your project. We will work with you and your HandyFriend to gather all additional information before deciding.
Please note that all claims must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the occurrence of the general marketplace project giving rise to the Claim.
