What's the Cancellation Policy?
If you cancel a confirmed project within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, you may be charged the No-Show Protection fee based on the deposit requested when booked. We have this policy because HandyFriend's sets aside time and turns down other work to help you.
Cancellations are reviewed internally to determine if a fee is applicable. Don't worry—if the cancellation is the fault of our HandyFriend's, you won't be charged the fee.
