Why Was I Charged Right After Booking?

Some of our services (Delivery Services) require full payment at the time of booking.

For other services, we place a pending authorization charge on your credit card to verify the validity of your card. This pending charge should disappear after 24 hours, as is standard in the retail industry.

Project invoices aren't charged until after a project has been completed. Please let us know if the pending authorization charge remains after a few days.
