The presence of a trustworthy and competent house sitter will discourage unwanted visitors and will ensure the safety and security of your home while you are away. In addition, our HandyFriends can help with home maintenance and the lawn and garden for your peace of mind. Call us to schedule a no-obligation needs assessment at a time that is convenient for you. We will discuss your house sitting requirements, dates of service, frequency of visits, general upkeep of home and landscape, administrative tasks, outside contractors, pet care needs, emergency contact information, and any other information. The price listed is for the 1st hour of service. We are closed on Sundays, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Please note that any services requested outside our normal business hours (including weekends and holidays) and urgent/same-day requests will be subject to concierge availability and incur an additional fee. We request and appreciate a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for scheduling. The first thirty (30) miles of travel are complimentary and are included in our rates. After that, an additional mileage fee applies. We serve most cities and towns in the metropolitan and Greater Baltimore area. A one-hour minimum for services is required.
