Tips for Keeping your Allsup Account Secure
Maintaining the security of the Allsup community is our highest priority, and we encourage all users to take regular precautions to secure their accounts.
Here are some suggestions for how to keep your account safe & secure:
Update your password often
The Allsup Company will never ask for your password or ask you to change your password to a specific word or phrase. To keep your account secure, change your password frequently to a different and unique combination of letters, numbers, and special characters used only for your Allsup Company account. We suggest that you do not reuse login information across multiple platforms.

Watch for phishing emails
Phishing emails are emails that claim to be from The Allsup Company and are sent with the intent of accessing your password and other sensitive information. Valid emails from The Allsup Company will show from an email that ends in @allsupcompany.com. If you receive an email claiming to be from The Allsup Company but it shows a concerning email address, please contact us.
If in doubt, we advise you not to click any links in the email or open any attachments. We’ll let you know that we received your email, and we’ll investigate.
Update your details
If you change your address, phone number, or email address, please update the contact details on your Allsup Company account.
It’s important to keep your contact information up to date so we can reach you with any updates about your account.
Report any unusual activity on your account
We suggest checking your preferences regularly to ensure no one has accessed your account or made changes without your permission. If anything has changed without your authorization, contact us right away.
Lastly, if you’re a HandyFriend, watch for fraudulent project requests
Fraudulent projects occur when a fraudulent Client requests a fake project in order to take over your payment details or create a non-legitimate invoice. Contact us right away if you notice an illegitimate charge or a project that looks suspicious.
If you suspect fraud or feel unsafe during a project, cancel the project and select cancellation reason: "fraudulent project" or "HandyFriend feels unsafe."
