What LDC is
The LDC is our system for how The Allsup Company hires, coaches, promotes, and protects the culture that makes our work trustworthy.
It’s how we turn the Balanced Leader Framework into daily behavior.
Why it exists
Because great service scales only when leaders scale. The LDC takes what used to be “good intentions” (DEI, values, wellness) and makes them repeatable, measurable, and accountable.
What The LDC does (at a glance)
Vets & onboards leaders for Alignment • Integrity • Impact
Coaches through cadenced 1:1s and team huddles.
Runs the Stage Review Rubric for growth and promotion.
Guards decision quality using the A•I•I Decision Worksheet.
How LDC operationalizes inclusion (beyond slogans)
Structured hiring: role scorecards, work samples, and reference checks that reduce bias and reward demonstrated excellence.
Transparent growth paths: the Stage Review makes readiness visible so that opportunity isn’t left to guesswork.
Coaching over policing: leaders are developed, not managed; standards are taught, not just enforced.
Whole-body wellness: rhythms that keep people healthy to do their best work, long-term.
This is the natural evolution of DEI, Inclusion by design through system and standards, not side initiatives.

Weekly: A•I•I decision reviews in team huddles
Monthly: Stage Reviews (strengths, gaps, next step)
Quarterly: Role/comp reviews and pipeline planning
Always-on: Coaching, shadowing, and clear SOPs
