What is the LDC?
The LDC is the system developed by The Allsup Company to handle all business operations to protect the Allsup Brand culture that makes our work trustworthy.
It turns the Balanced Leader Framework into our daily behavior.
Why it exists
Because great service scales only when leaders scale. The LDC takes what used to be “good intentions” (DEI, values, wellness) and makes them repeatable, measurable, and accountable.
What The LDC does (at a glance)
Vets & onboards leaders for Alignment • Integrity • Impact
Coaches through cadenced 1:1s and team huddles.
Runs the Stage Review Rubric for growth and promotion.
Guards decision quality using the A•I•I Decision Worksheet.
